Laboratory Facility : Vertical electrophoresis system, Benchtop tablet microscope (Cilika BT-E), Dew point potentiometer (WP-4), Orbital incubator shaker, Rotary evaporator, Magnetic stirrer with hot plate, Universal gel rocker shaker,
Field Facility :
- Drip irrigation system with water meters and soil tensiometers (15, 30, 45 cm depths) for soil moisture monitoring
- Root Phenotyping Facility : Cement-structured root evaluation units for studying root architecture and traits.
- Pot experiments facility under Glasshouse condition
- Open Top Chamber (OTC) Facility (3 Units) : CO₂, air temperature, soil moisture, and soil temperature sensors, SCADA monitoring system with UPS and data logging.
- Free Air Temperature Enrichment (FATE) (3 Units) : IR heaters, temperature and humidity sensors and infrared radiometer, Soil moisture and soil temperature sensors, SCADA monitoring system with UPS.
- Centralized control room with automated monitoring and data download facility for OTC and FATE.
- Mini weather station for OTC and FATE facilities.
